Development and Management Services
Women-managed organizations at all stages benefit from my development and management services. For new organizations and projects, I assist with generating ideas, organization and project directions and decisions, steps to meet goals, and incorporation and by-laws. For new and established organizations and projects, I assist with monitoring and assessing activities, a process to administer activities, designing and presenting reports, managing finances, record-keeping, bookkeeping and accounting systems, tax reporting and auditing, investment decisions, and developing local organizations into national and international organizations.
These services are designed to assist women-managed organizations to reach their goals, and to have the organizational foundation required for successful fundraising.
Consultations are by phone, e-mail and in-person, and can address general or specific questions.
Fees for Services
The fee is prorated on the basis of $100 per hour, plus the cost of calls. There is a minimum of 1/2 hour for the first consultation. To arrange an initial consultation, please send me background information about your organization including the history, goals, current projects, and funding. My office will call to schedule an appointment when I receive this information. My offices are located in Albuquerque and Cedar Crest, New Mexico.
