Legal Counseling and Alternative Dispute Resolution Services
Women and their families benefit from my counseling and representation for artist's rights, estate planning, non-traditional family protection, adoptions, Social Security disability benefits, and guardianships.
Alternative dispute resolution services include mediation, settlement facilitation and negotiation of business, workplace, divorce, partnership, family and property disputes, and artist's marketing and exhibiting agreements.
Consultations are by phone, e-mail and in-person, and can address general or specific questions.
Fees for Services
The fee is prorated on the basis of $100 per hour for the first hour and $130 for additional hours, plus the cost of calls. To arrange an initial consultation, call 505.286.7625 or email RCohen@RuthCohenART.com to schedule an appointment.
